⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service – Highly Recommended! Absolutely delighted with the service and installation of my new Hypervolt Pro 3 EV charging station. Wes, the installer, did a superb job from start to finish. The installation was extremely neat, clean and professional, with great attention to detail. Everything was left spotless afterwards, with all packaging, offcuts and waste removed — you really wouldn’t know any work had been carried out apart from the new charger on the wall! Wes was friendly, pleasant and professional throughout, taking the time to make sure everything was installed correctly and neatly. What impressed me even more was the speed of the whole process. From making the booking to having the installation completely finished took just four days and that included a weekend. Fantastic service, excellent workmanship and a genuinely pleasant installer. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. A big thank you to Wes and the team. Very highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had the guys out to fit a charger after moving into a new house. Top quality communication and answered all our questions, had to wait for some other electrical work to be done first, but no pressure from them and came out exactly as advised, cleaned everything up and in/out with no fuss - 100% recommend to anyone needing a charger

Wes came to fit my charger on Tuesday. Arrived exactly when he told me he would, explained what he would be doing talking me through all the steps. He was very professional, tidy and polite. He installed my charging point exactly where I wanted it (even though it was awkward) and once he was finished he left the area he worked in tidy and looking like now work was ever carried out! would highly recommend! 10/10!

I did my research before contacting EV Infinity, to ensure I chose someone who cared about neat installations and quality materials. I wasn’t disappointed. Wes and Matt did a great job and took great care and attention in routing the cable to keep it hidden as much as possible. Used Doncaster Cables Ultra EV and cable clips that are hardly visible. Would highly recommend.

Recently had an EV car charger fitted by EV Infinity Installation. Louis came to our house to see the existing installation and gave us a quote for supply of the charger and installation cost. On the arranged installation day Wes the electrician arrived on time carried out the work in good time with minimal interruption to the house supply. On the first night using the charger it became apparent that the charger was taking some of its supply from my solar battery. I contacted Louis and the glitch was rectified the same day by a minor wiring modification and repositioning of the monitoring CT. Louis was very helpful and replied to my query almost immediately. Great service and I would recommend this local company if you require a car charger installing. Thanks.

Excellent and very Professional Service from initial enquiry to completion of the works. All works very competently and neatly achieved on the day. We went for the Hypervolt with an extended charging cable and it has been fantastic and worth every penny. Very useful app and integrates brilliantly with our solar panels to minimise charging costs. Would highly recommend Louis from EV Infinity and also the Hypervolt charger.

Outstanding service from start to finish and competitive pricing. I had a Hypervolt 3 fitted, Matt arrived at around lunchtime and was done in a couple of hours with minimal disruption. He managed to run the cabling through a wall and under stairs cupboard directly to where the charger is mounted so no cables are running around the outside of my house. Did a very tidy job, tested everything and helped me set up the app as well. Charged my car with ease last night. All in all I would highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant work done by EV Installation, chatted through WhatsApp first, all you do is answer simple questions asking where you want the charger fitted, where the meter cupboard is, just easy questions. You get a quote in minutes and if you choose too, go from there. We spoke on the Friday and the charger was fitted on the Monday morning. Took just over an hour or so to be fitted, Matty who fitted the charger gave us great operation instructions, could not fault him, very polite and cleaned up the tiny amount of mess after drilling through brick. I would definitely 100% highly recommend this very local business on the Wirral. Cheaper than fuel companies too which is most important. Thanks for your installation.

I used EV for the first time this week. They provided me with a time and date, and arrived as arranged. Wes turned up and while my wife and I were indecisive Wes provided the best options. He assisted my wife to clear part of my garage before routing the cabling so that little was showing. He did an excellent job and was very pleasant. When the installation was complete he packed the boxes back into the garage before sweeping and clearing any debris. An excellent job, completed professionally. I would recommend to anyone. Many thanks.

I have to say about this company, from start to finish it’s been a great experience, from first chatting on WhatsApp and asking for a quote, answering a few questions about where you would like the charger fitted, the make of your car, energy company, down to the recommendation of the type of charger which suits your needs. Next comes a few photos to send where your meter cupboard is and the rough distance from there to where you want the charger placed. That’s it done, apart from the quote price and how soon the charger can be installed. For me personally I enquired Friday and charger was fitted Monday morning, how quick was that for efficient business. Matty who came was prompt, carried out his work efficiently, worked away without a fuss, and gave us both a perfect explanation on how to use the charger, he even set things up for me on my phone. Not much mess apart from brick dust which is unavoidable but Matty tidied up afterwards. We were kept up to date each step of the way, with excellent aftercare service from Louis. It was great chatting with him. So, all in all a fabulous company to use and I’ll definitely be recommending them to anyone else in the area. Really local to Wirral business but they travel far and wide. Great price compared to the energy companies which is a winner straight away.

We have recently had a Hypervolt EV charger installed by EV Infinity. Louis was excellent in communicating progress at each step prior to the installation. We selected EV Infinity on the basis of reviews, which did look genuine. The job was unusual because our garage is 85m from the house/mains connection. I was worried Louis would turn the job down as had Octopus. He came to give a quote and was extremely positive and willing and able to install the cabling where I had hoped. He and his brother arrived on schedule to do the job and completed everything by just after lunch - which included man-handling 85m of heavy, high amperage cable across the garden. We chose a Hypervolt charger as we have PV panels and Powerwall battery, everything was commissioned perfectly and job sites cleaned up. We were very impressed with the professional and friendly service provided and happy to give a 5 star review

Louis got back to me outside of business hours asking for photos and some basic information about my requirements, then provided me with a range of options and the prices. We arranged an installation date and the communication from Louis was excellent. Turned up on the day he was supposed to, and was early! Spent a good hour trying to route my cable the way I wanted it, but it just wasn’t doable. Kept me informed throughout and confirmed I was happy with what he was doing. Install complete and my charger up and running in 3 hours! He left everywhere clean and tidy and you wouldn’t even have known he had been! If you need an EV charger installed don’t hesitate to use EV Infinity installations and Louis. It’s nice to actually find a reliable tradesman. Thanks Louis and Wes, excellent job!

Had an Ohme Charger fitted yesterday by Louis of EV Infinity. Did a super job, was very efficient, polite and friendly. Explained the operation after it was installed, all seems easy enough. Very neat and tidy and job done in less than 1 1/2 hours. Would highly recommend. Invoicing straight forward. Just need to buy an electric car now !!

Really competent from start to finish and done with great pleasantness throughout. Initial estimation achieved by providing: emailed camera pictures of existing distribution (fuse) box, and of walls for cable run to the charger unit and of its desired destination, and choice of charger unit including tethered or untethered. Date planned for installation and then on the day very straightforward. Installation approx 2.5 hrs and mine was probably more complicated than most. Electricity off time minimal whilst connecting dedicated consumer unit. Tested, assisted with application install and demonstrated. Really recommend for fast efficient service

Very clean and tidy job, gave us all info needed and less than a week after making contact we’re fully set up with all certificates! Would highly recommend

Top job from the lads. Contacted Louis to discuss the job and he spent time talking me through the pros and cons of each type of EV charger. Once the job was booked, Louis remained in contact in the lead up to the install, turned up at the agreed time, and carried out a high-level installation. Louis and Wes were tidy, efficient, and answered questions. If anyone’s looking for an EV charger at home, I couldn’t rate EV Infinity more highly.

The level of communication prior to the installation was exceptional. Louis responded really quickly to our questions. They arrived exactly on-time and were extremely tidy and courteous. We had an issue connecting the charger to the supplier's app (not EV Infinity's fault). Louis went out of his way to fix the problem, even liaising with us the following day to see if the problem had been resolved and offering other solutions. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

EV infinity fitted my new EV charger 22/12, they arrived on time, carried out a professional installation, and what I liked was Louis explained everything throughout asking my opinion about each stage as he proceeded. After installation he helped me download the app for EV charger and went through all operating instructions making sure I was happy with using both the charger and the app (you can actually see how much electricity your using)😁. Overall a top job, would highly recommend

Have just had Louis install an EV charger for me today. He came out at the start of the week and did a site survey, noting the distance from the car to the charger install location suggested several chargers which would come with a long enough cable. Along with some advice about choice and recommendations on the most reliable. He managed to fit us in 4 days later and came out installed, showed us how it was set up, configured it to work alongside our solar panels and made sure everything was tested before leaving. I would highly recommend EVinfinity to anyone on the Wirral, Cheshire and surrounding areas who want a courteous professional installer for there EV charging who will take there time and provide quality service.
