Why Hypervolt?
Hypervolt sits in a sweet spot between smart charging, durability and good design. The Home 3 Pro is a strong fit for drivers who want a permanently attached cable, a polished app and plenty of control over tariffs, solar and everyday charging.
The Home 3 Pro is tethered, with 5m, 7.5m and 10m Type 2 cable options available — useful when the charger cannot sit directly beside where the car is parked.
Hypervolt supports charging around popular UK EV tariffs and off-peak periods, helping you move more of your charging into cheaper windows rather than relying on a basic timer.
Boost, Eco and Super Eco modes give you different ways to balance grid power and surplus solar, including prioritising your own generation when conditions allow.
An IP66 weatherproof rating, IK10 impact resistance and strong UV resistance make the Home 3 Pro a reassuring option for chargers mounted outside year-round.
App control, scheduling, charger locking, automatic load management and clear status lighting make it easy to live with once it is on the wall.

Hypervolt's ECO and Super ECO charging modes can make use of available solar generation, helping you reduce grid use when your home is producing its own power.
Built-in load-management capability allows the charger to respond to the electrical demand in your home rather than simply drawing maximum power regardless of other loads.
The Home 3 Pro is designed as a robust outdoor home charger, combining a weather-resistant enclosure with a permanently attached charging cable for convenient day-to-day use.

The current Hypervolt Home 3 Pro is a tethered Type 2 charger, so the charging lead stays permanently attached and is ready whenever you park up.
Hypervolt offers different cable lengths, including 5m, 7.5m and 10m options. The right one depends on where the charger can be mounted in relation to your usual parking position and your car's charge port.
We'll size the cable properly when we quote so you aren't paying for unnecessary cable or ending up a metre short.
A standard Hypervolt installation typically takes around 3 hours. Most jobs are completed in a single visit by one of our own engineers, including mounting the charger, running the cable, fitting the required electrical protection, commissioning the charger and testing everything before we hand over.
More involved installations — such as longer cable runs, consumer-unit work or difficult access — can take longer. We'll identify anything outside a standard installation when we quote, rather than surprising you with extra work on the day.
We install Hypervolt chargers across North West England and North Wales. If you're near the edge of our usual coverage area, send us your postcode and we'll confirm whether we can reach you before you go any further. There's no charge to ask.
Yes. Hypervolt is designed around connected smart charging, with app scheduling and integrations that can help you make use of cheaper charging periods on compatible tariffs.
It also supports ECO and Super ECO solar charging modes, allowing the charger to respond to available home generation rather than treating every charge as a full-power grid session.
Exactly how tariff and solar features operate depends on your energy provider, metering and home setup. We'll talk you through the sensible configuration for your property.
Hypervolt chargers come with a 3-year manufacturer warranty as standard, with an optional extended warranty taking manufacturer cover to five years.
That's alongside our own 3-year workmanship warranty covering your installation. As an OZEV-authorised, NAPIT-certified installer with our own in-house team, the people carrying out your installation are the people who stand behind the work afterwards.
Our Hypervolt Home 3 Pro installations start from £915.
Quotes are free and we'll give you a clear, fixed-price quote before booking. Cable length, the route back to your electrics and any additional electrical work can affect the final price.
EV chargepoint grants: there isn't a general home-charger grant for an owner-occupier of a standard house with private off-street parking. Support remains available for qualifying renters and flat owners, residential landlords and qualifying households using an approved cross-pavement solution for on-street parking. Current eligible home schemes can cover 75% of the cost up to £500 and are funded until 31 March 2027. We'll tell you if your installation may qualify.
Free, no-obligation pricing from a local in-house team - no subcontractors, no pressure. Most installs are booked in the same week across the North West and North Wales.
